We will refer people who live within a reasonable distance, meet your experience requirements, can work the hour you require and whose salary requirements are within your salary range. We will not waste your time by sending candidates that don’t match your requirements.

Very much so! Only a few dollars separate the daily temporary referral fees of Houston’s dental staffing companies, so choose the company that performs the most comprehensive interviews, background checks and enforces the strictest standards.
Our permanent placement fees for hygienists and dentists are only a fraction of those charged by other well-established firms.
Frequently we can set up interview immediately, but in some cases we may have to conduct a search that takes several days or weeks.
Interviews are free. We charge a fee for our services only if you hire a candidate we refer.
Most staffing and recruiting firms base their fees on the “estimated annual compensation” of the person hired. Our fees are about half the “industry standard”.

Should your employee leave or be terminated for any reason during the first ninety days, we will refund the entire permanent placement fee less what our daily temporary charges would have been had the person been working as a temp.
We can usually find a temporary even if you call the night before or the morning of. With more notice, we can likely schedule the same person for the duration of the temporary assignment.
It is your responsibility to pay the temporary worker a predetermined hourly wage that we set.
The hourly wages of assistants, admin staff and temp dentists is set by us and varies depending on the duration of their experience, the quality of that experience and the prevailing market conditions in Houston. All hygienists earn the same hourly wage.
We conduct an in-depth interview with each of our candidates/temporary workers. All our chairside and admin temporaries have a minimum of two years’ experience. In fact, our chairside temporaries have an average of over ten years of experience. Temp dentists have at least one year of experience or have completed a residency. We do have “new grad” hygienists, but will always seek approval prior to scheduling them at your office.
Due to time and personnel constraints, interviews are only available for long-term assignments like maternity leaves. On short term assignments, we will be happy to have the temp call your office for a telephone interview.
We are available for emergencies outside our normal business hours. Call 713-953-9500 and select “option 3”. Calls received after 9 pm will be returned at 6am.
Yes. We feel it is important for our clients to know our policies. The more you know about us, the smoother our relationship will be.
Our Fee Agreement is an “industry standard” one year, easy reading and free of legalese. Watch out for staffing companies with a two-year contract!
Remember, you are free to look for employees on your own. Your obligation applies only to the people we refer.
